Return Policy

Returns:
We want you to be fully satisfied. If you are not, you may return the item(s) for a full/partial refund of the purchased price within 10 days. Any returns/exchange after 10 days of order date will not be accepted.

When making exchanges and returns, please bear in mind that:

We will gladly refund or exchange, within 10 days of your order date, all unwashed and unworn ticketed merchandise in its original condition, when accompanied by the Original
Packing slip invoice for the price paid.

When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to reimburse the returned items. Desi Rack will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return charges
Returns are processed within 1-5 business days from the date of package arrival. Please note, the purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges. Desi Rack does not supply return labels or refund shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment and the same credit, debit card or PayPal as the original purchase. Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable.

If you have received a defective item or the wrong item and decide to return it, remember to enclose the receipt of the postage expenses to return the package to our offices. Once we have inspected the condition of the items, we will reimburse the cost of the returned items and the proportional part of the original delivery costs
Accessories and Sale/Clearance items are Non-refundable.

Exchanges:

If you would prefer another size, please contact support@desirack.com for availability. If this size is not available, if requested, we will accepted return under our return policy. If you wish to exchange your item for another color please contact support@desirack.com for availability, you must return the item and place a new order for desired color if available.

If the purchase price of your item is $50 or above we recommend using trackable shipping with insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your item.
